The KP60 Starlet is one of those cars you have to love if you don't want your Oppo card revoked. There are few things more wonderful than rear-drive hatchback with an absurdly short wheelbase. It's the closest to because racecar that any factory econobox ever got. They're awesome, but we're running out of them. Most of the surviving KP60s have either rotted away or had 13bs stuffed in them for 2 weeks before the owner put it sideways into a lamppost. They're hard enough to find in terrible shape, and finding one like this, which is so clean it looks new, is nothing short of a miracle.
Look at how clean it is. LOOK AT IT. I've never seen anything like it. It's a Starlet! They're all supposed to have the carpets torn out and seat fabric that consists of three threads stretched over foam!
It looks this good because it only has 32,000 km on the clock. Which is insane for a 32 year old car.
There is a downside, though. I saved this for last. I'm sorry, I should have been up front with it, but it costs $10,520. Ten and a half grand. For a Starlet. But still, it's the nicest Starlet in the world.

Color me guilty as I would LOVE to swap an LS into one of these. Not this one though. I'd feel bad.

Japanese used cars are generally in good condition, because Japan's geography and transportation network, as well as expensive car operating costs means that cars aren't driven too much.
Regular-condition cars are often absurdly cheap though, because it seems to be customary to replace your car every 5-10 years even if unnecessary.

CP though. The page says that the engine needs to be repaired, which could be a simple timing belt job to a complete engine overhaul or swap. Perhaps it has such low kilometers because the engine stopped working early on and was parked.
